ADT BARGAINING REPORT

Our Brothers and Sisters in the ADT bargaining unit has begin formal bargaining. Executive Board Member Wayne Schleiger is on the bargaining committee, which meet September 23rd and 24th.

The Union presented proposals:
* working conditions
* benefits and wages
* contract language clean-up and clarifications

The Company also presented written proposals to the Union.
* The committee is reviewing the proposals

The next bargaining session is scheduled for October 8th.
It was mutual agreed to extend the 2000 Agreement with the language to make any new wages retroactive from September 28th, 2003.
