Are what I am expecting from the new Executive Board you have just elected for 2008 to move the Local forward. And yes we are stronger together and all have committed to working together for the benefit: of YOU the member, the Local and the Labor Movement. In addition to new officers and board members I have reevaluated all the Locals committees with the input of the Board and made new assignments. Keep an eye on the Committee section of the website for updates and expect to be solicited by the new committee chairs to help them be successful in their new roles. Every Steward of the Local has been contacted and asked to recommit to work stronger than ever as ONE team or step down in exchange for more training and support from me and the Board than ever before. With your help we can continue to develop, improve and succeed.
